Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

WHOLE EARTH BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED ORDERS, DELIVERY, PAYMENT, RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

1. ORDERS AND DELIVERIES: 
i. We take all the appropriate measures to deliver the orders of products ordered in this website (the "Products") in good condition and within the time period as shown on your Order confirmation.
ii. You hereby agree and undertake to provide accurate directions and authorizations to accept the delivery of your order.
iii. By submitting an Order, you hereby agree and give your consent to us, to send you updates about the status of your orders.
iv. You will be informed once the order is confirmed, when the items have been shipped, and we will provide you with the approximate delivery time. However, we do not provide any guarantee of the exact delivery, as same may vary because of the volume of orders, geographical challenges, government policies, operational disruptions, force majeure events etc., and any other cause beyond our control;
v. You hereby agree and undertake to pay all the delivery charges associated with each of your orders, as displayed on the checkout page once you place an order.
vi. We have engaged third party vendors to carry all of our deliveries. Those third party vendors, will be governed by their own terms of services and other policies as applicable to each corresponding third party. By placing an order, you consent to provide your personal information to those third party vendors, and to comply with their terms of service and other policies.

2. PAYMENTS:
i. All payments shall be made in INR.
ii. The Site, depending on your specific order, may provide you with various options to submit your payment. We have engaged third-party vendors to provide gateways for you to submit your payment. Those third party vendors gateways will be governed by their own terms of services and other policies as applicable to each corresponding third party. By placing an order and submitting your payment, you consent to provide your personal information to those third party vendors, and to comply with their terms of service and other policies. We shall not be responsible in case of any liability due because of the use of those third party vendor gateways.
iii. Cash on Delivery may be an option available to you, but it will depend on the ability of our delivery partner servicing your location. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if Cash on Delivery is available in your location. If you choose this option for the delivery of your order, and you refuse to make complete payment to the delivery rider, then we shall have right to blacklist you and block access to your account of the website, and/or take any other action as we may deem fit.
iv. You represent and warrant that all the personal information provided by you is accurate and lawful, including any payment or financial information requested for the submission of your orders.
v. You shall be solely liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, any Sites linked to it, any content or any personal information you provided on the Site or such other Sites, or any services or items obtained through the Site or such other Sites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable to us or any third parties. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3. RETURNS:
i. We understand sometimes the Products get damaged while in transit and are unable to be enjoyed. Therefore, we strongly recommend all consumers to check all delivered Products upon receipt. Product returns will be eligible, only in the following circumstances:
a) The delivered Product does not match your order, or
b) The delivered Product exceeds the recommended "use by date" date included in the packaging of the Product on the delivery date, or
c) The delivered Product packaging was damaged and the Product is not fit for consumption.
ii. If the below exceptions are applicable, please contact our customer care department support number at 0124-4077935, or through WhatsApp at 7042901645, or write to us at customercare.india@wholeearthbrands.com, within 48 hours of delivery of the Product.
iii. Our customer care department will verify your request for eligibility, and after verification will reimburse you for your returned items in the same way you paid for them. Approved refunds shall be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of request.
iv. For the verification process, our customer team will ask you to provide your contact information, order number, a photo of the area of concern, two photos of the product (from the side and overhead), and a photo of the packaging/box, the ticket confirmation, and to return the Product in its original condition.
v. Replacement or exchange of Products or orders are not available.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY US:
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must be cancelled. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel your order after placing such order. If your order is cancelled, we will automatically issue a refund for the amount paid for such order in the same way you paid for it, within 5-7 working days.

5. CANCELLATION BY YOU:
i. Orders placed in our website may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to customer care team to submit a cancellation request, and if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order, the refund shall be processed within 5-7 days, and we will reimburse you in the same way you paid for the order.
ii. Orders placed using COD facility cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. GENERAL TERMS:
i. No returns, cancellations or refunds are applicable for products which are denied at doorstep for prepaid order.
ii. All refunds shall be made via a wire transfer to the original form of payment. We will not be processing refunds in cash. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refunds shall be processed via a wire transfer to a bank account.
iii. All requests shall be personal. We will not be processing requests for third-party accounts. The name of the person making the request should match the name in the order, and of the bank account receiving the refund.
iv. The refund processing time is tentative in nature. We shall not be liable for any delays caused outside of our control or due by third parties (including banks).
v. In case of failure to comply with this policy, or the customer care team suspects any fraudulent activity, we may, at our sole discretion, block your account and access to it, blacklist you, and/or take any other action as we may deem fit.
